Policies

Appointments

Being on time for your appointments is greatly appreciated so that you may receive your full service  and our other clients are not inconvenienced.

Cancellation

We understand that sometimes life happens but we do request a 24 hour notice of cancellation so that we may have time to schedule another client as we have reserved this time for you.

No Shows will be charged 100% for the service reserved. A minimum of $50.00 will be charged at the discretion of management.

Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% for the service reserved. If the service time can be filled by another client, you will not be charged.

Refunds

All sales are final. All package purchases, gift certificates and products are non-refundable. Packages must be used within one calendar year from the original date of purchase. Any unused portion of a package may be eligible for credit towards other procedures within one calendar year from the original date of purchase.

Gratuity

The customary gratuity for spas is 15% Tipping is left to the discretion of the clients.

Prices are subject to change based upon client needs.
